1. E-COMMERCE MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Builds overall E-Commerce store brand image.
- Develop & manage execution ecommerce brand plan in both platforms & outside platforms including offline event activation.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Marketing, Economics, Management, Business, Psychology, or Engineering
- Min. 1 year working experience as manager or leader in managing ecommerce, digital activation, digital advertising, or media.
2. ASSOCIATE MARKET RESEARCH MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall activities in research project (create research plan, proposal, budget, fieldwork, reporting).
- Become a cross-division liaison in research related activities.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering (Chemical, Industrial), Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Having min. 4 years of working research agency of FMCG (research).
3. ASSOCIATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute NPD.
- Collaborates with PD-BU, suppliers, and factory to launch the products.
- Get insight from consumer research to support NPD.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering (Industrial/Chemical), Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Having minimum 3 years on NPD of FMCG, skincare categgory is preferable.
4. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR (KALIMANTAN, MAKASSAR)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor sales activity and plan.
- Lead, coach, and direct salesman to achieve sales target.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Placement: Kalimantan, Makassar.
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia.
5. KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales in key account.
- Monitor implementation of POP Objective.
- Manage AR and administration related with account activity.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or Marketing.
- Having at least 1 year experience in key account management (fresh graduate are welcome).
6. BUSINESS ANALYST - CHANNEL MARKETING DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop channel strategy align with brand strategy & collaborate with cross-function to get insight and generate ideas.
- Create channel and category activities, also handle the evaluation & control channel spending and ensure effective investment.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Having at least 1 year experience in related field.
- Has ability turning data into insight
7. CORPORATE COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Implementing strategies for all forms and types of company communications, both with external and internal parties.
- Directly involved and coordinating with each service, arranging events related to corporate activities, as well as publishing company activities through the media.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Communication/ Public Relations/Mass Communications/Design Communication Visual.
- Having at least 3 years experience in Corporate Communication.
8. IMPORT-EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Supervised and manage Purchase Order and schedule, issuing shipment instruction to ensure delivery time, and also tracking the goods.
- Prepare Reports for government and company to be comply with the regulation and business.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Law, or equivalent.
- Min. 2-3 years experience in manage Import business.
- Willing to be placed at Kao Indonesia Distribution (Head Office Jakarta).
9. TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Able to plan and design an engineering matter.
- Improve existing equipment or install new equipment, production machine & other facilities, including design, budgeting, scheduling & controlling.
Requirements:
- Min. S1 from Electrical Engineering.
- Min. 1 year experience in related field.
- Familiar with PDCA circle, Kaizen, ISO 9001 & 14001 & safety work standard.
- Willing to work in Karawang Factory.
