Job Description:
- Handling Medical and Social Insurance Procedures: Managing medical and social insurance processes for subsidiary employees and ensuring smooth system operations.
- Local SOP Development: Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with Indonesian government regulations.
- Employee Performance Management: Creating performance charts for various positions and conducting monthly assessments to enhance productivity.
- Employee Contract Management: Overseeing employee contracts, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and implementing risk control measures.
- Salary and Taxation: Calculating employee salaries and computing personal taxes in adherence to local regulations.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Managing business travel, leave, and maintaining attendance statistics for effective workforce management.
- Recruitment: Assisting in recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of qualified candidates.
- Office Payments and Supplies: Handling monthly office payments including internet, electricity, property fees, and procuring necessary office supplies.
- Warehouse Management: Managing warehouse operations including shipping processes, communication with customers regarding shipping information, and ensuring compliance with health department regulations.
- Import Matters: Handling import procedures for subsidiary company orders, coordinating with freight forwarders for customs clearance, and managing various documentation processes.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Assisting with miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
Qualification Requirements:
- HR work experience with a strong understanding of local regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive employee relations.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
