HR MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, organizational development, and compensation & benefits.
- Specialization or experience within the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bandung, Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the F&B industry.
- Support organizational development efforts by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Assist in designing and administering compensation & benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
