PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) didirikan dengan nama PT Selapan Jaya pada tanggal 7 Juni 1993. Nama Perseroan kemudian diubah menjadi PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk pada tahun 2007. PT Sampoerna Agro dan anak perusahaannya (secara bersama-sama disebut Sampoerna Agro atau Perseroan) adalah perusahaan perkebunan yang berupaya menjadi perkebunan yang terintegrasi dan terdiversifikasi dengan kepentingan jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan.

1. HR PAYROLL SUPERVISOR
Responsibility:
- Processes the company's payroll, tax (PPH-21), and BPJS deductionsevery pay period.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles.
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- S1 in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, Supervisor or in related roles.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Experience managing benefits and compensation in a System (SAP).
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices.
- Willing to be placed at Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
2. BUDGET & COST CONTROL STAFF
Responsibility:
- Assist in the budgeting process, starting from collecting data from each department, reviewing the reasonableness of the budget, and consolidating the budget into a corporate budget.
- Control and analyze actual vs budget.
- Coordinate and confirm overbudget costs with relevant departments.
- Prepare budget analysis report.
- Ensure costing is in accordance with the cost post and in accordance with the budget allocation.
Qualifications:
- S1 in Accounting.
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the same field and come
- from the oil palm plantation industry.
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to process data properly.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.
3. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Analyzing existing programs for modification purposes.
- Researching and designing new software systems, websites, programs, and applications.
- Writing and implementing, clean, scalable code.
- Troubleshooting and debugging code.
- Verifying and deploying software systems.
- Evaluating user feedback and ecommending and executing program improvements.
- Maintaining software code and security systems.
- Managing project development and implementation.
Qualification:
- S1 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Min GPA 3.00.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages.
- Knowledge of software systems and frameworks.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Work placement: Head Office Jakarta - Sampoerna Strategic Square
4. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibility:
- Verification document
- Monthly closing financial statement
- Filling document
- Preparing payment document
- Do tax documentation
Qualifications:
- Min. S1 in Accounting.
- Minimal 3 years experience as Accounting Officer, especially in Oil Palm Industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP) will be an added advantage.
- Have a good knowledge in Finance & Accounting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork and learning capability
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta Office
5. IT SECURITY ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Support in security assessment and risk management, especially those related to ICT.
- Develop and implement information security plans and device and software policies (DLP/ IDS/ IPS/ EDR/ Threat Hunting).
- Accomplish investigations in terms of data, computer and server security.
- Planning and implementing data, voice and image security systems.
- Establishing internal and external relationships, along with implementing new security technology that is right on target.
Qualification:
- Min. S1 in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. Min GPA 3.00.
- At least 3 years experience in related field is required for this position.
- Preferably have skills as an IT Security Specialist.
- Responsible, creative, and multitasking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork and learning capability.
