1. CUSTOMER LOGISTIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s and master’s degree from any major.
  • Have experience minimum at least 3 years in Supply Chain at managerial level.
  • Broad knowledge and proven perform in Logistic Initiative with customer and Logistic Operational.
  • Self-Driven collaborate leader with experience of 5 years or more on FMCG organization with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skill, fluent in English, and managing data complexity.
  • Willing to be placed at Karawang – Jawa Barat

2. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE MANAGER

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience working in the accounting field for a minimum of 5 years, as well as accounts receivable, credit, or collections management.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Ms Excel).
  • Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have team management skills & ability to prioritize work.
  • Excellence communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to be placed at Tangerang, Alam Sutera.

3. ROUTE TO MARKET MANAGER

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 Years of experience in Sales and/or Distribution Management with Top Tier Consumer Goods (CPG)
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
  • Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, influencing, analysis and communication
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office, esp Excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge on Route to Market model, Coverage Management, Sales Operations, and Route Planning Software
  • Ability to thrive & be agile in ambiguous and unstructured environments.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, and advice, and articulate them effectively)
  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa

4. BRAND MANAGER - ADULT CARE

Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing Department preferably in FMCG industry
  • Having experience in Personal Care company will be an advantages
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Good in data analysis and research consumer markets
  • Willing to be place at Alam Sutera - Tangerang

5. CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - NKA

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree of any major
  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational FMCG background, with min 2 years as executive/senior executive/assistant manager position
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office, excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage
  • Tech and digital savvy
  • Sales Operations
  • Key Account Management (both local & national)
  • Professional proficiency in English both written and communication
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively)
  • Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Meticulous and has an eye for details
  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

6. SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPER

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a major scientific or engineering discipline from an accredited college/university.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a variety of R&E product development roles or other related experience. Ideally having broad knowledge of absorbent hygiene manufacturing processes.
  • Previous interaction with regional/global teams or prior experience working in a multinational corporation is a plus but not a must.
  • Strong project management and end-to-end product design/development experience: translating consumer needs to product proposals/ideas, developing & qualifying products from technical & consumer point of view, qualifying new product start-ups & facilitating handover to manufacturing team.
  • Strong Technical Curiosity: Be an idea generator and a consumer & brand champion with good technical knowhow.
  • Collaborative problem-solver. Proven track record of working effectively with multiple functions in a project team (marketing, manufacturing, finance, legal, quality, consumer insights etc.) to achieve business goals within required timeframes.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate to and influence leaders and team members across all levels of R&E and cross-function organization.
  • Analytical with strong business acumen. Ability to, with support, provide strategic recommendations and incorporate business strategies and priorities into product development activities.

7. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
  • Having good knowledge of finance and accounting, accounting systems is an advantage.
  • Ideally the candidate should have a minimum of 6 years experience in the Finance and accounting field, especially fixed assets experience.
  • Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
  • Accurate, diligent, responsible, and have a good attitude.
  • Able to work independently as well as working together as a team.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. 
  • Advance knowledge of Ms. Office with emphasis on Excel.
  • Posses general all-rounded accounting skills with analytical experience.
  • Have experience in a Public Accounting Firm / Big 4 is preferable.
  • Holding professional certification is a plus (e.g. CA/CPA/CPMA/CMA).
