PT Timas Suplindo is hiring:

1. QA/QC ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description:
  • Perform administrative functions.
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
  • Schedule meeting if any.
  • Arrange for QA/QC personnel's travelling in regards with transpor- tation and hotel booking including verification of invoice.
  • Play role as window for all QA/QC personnel's in submitting any general administrative documents, including but not limited to: timesheet, travel request, budget request, allowance, medical reimbursement etc.
  • Maintain QA/QC Equipment and Tools Calibration records.
  • Arrange Calibration for QA/QC Equipments.
Minimum Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma holder from any disciplines.
  • Have minimum 1 (one) year experience related to administrative job.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and communicate tasks to others.
  • Fluency in English speaking and writing.
  • Good PC skills.

2. FINANCE STAFF

Job Description:
  • Receive and verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, apply necessary tax deductions, and submit for management approval.
  • Verify expense and allowance claims.
  • Input payment transactions in online banking applications.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding current financing, cash flow management, and other banking activities.
  • Handle petty cash and compile monthly petty cash reports.
  • Recap contract/PO/ISO/SCA data, invoices, and payments.
  • Generate weekly reports for management.
Minimum Requirement:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant experience in ac- counting or financial management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in online banking software and Micro- soft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in
