1. COAL HAULING SUPERINTENDENT
Qualifications:
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mining Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in coal hauling operations within the mining industry.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in coal transportation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. RENTAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operations and rental management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of heavy equipment types, capabilities, and maintenance practices.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing equipment rental contracts.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the heavy equipment industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
