- Responsible for customer service team work and team management
- Understand vivo culture and E-commerce workflow in order to solve problem accordingly
- Responsible for replying chats actively and provide info regarding our products and services
- Responsible for being a customer service for online stores by using good language
- Respond all customers' request in an accurate and timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional matter to customers
- Generate service report containing user feedback, complaints, and suggestions
