1. TALENT MANAGEMENT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong in Strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CHRMP, CHRP, or other related BNSP certification is a plus.
2. RECRUITMENT LEAD
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Supervisor, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with HR Databases.
- Target-oriented and have the experience to work with SLA.
- Strong analytical skills, team management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision and stakeholder management skills.
3. R&D PACKAGING
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a similar area.
- Minimum 2 years experience in R&D area with packaging specialization (noodle/snack/crackers).
- Willing to be placed in Bogor.
4. HSE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/ Health/ Safety) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Standard, HSE management system audit, HSE regulation and international standards.
- At least 5 years (s) of working experience as a section head level in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor/Sidoarjo.
5. FACILITY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1 Min.3 years experience in the field of Facilities Management at Factory or Distribution
- Have good cross-functional and interpersonal leadership skills to be able to build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
- Have knowledge of regulations and systems related to facility management
- Willing to travel and mobile in various area
6. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills are essential (proficiency in English is a must).
- Proficiency in languages other than English and Indonesian will be a plus.
- Having a wide network overseas in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel internationally is required.
7. IR & ER SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1
- Plan and implement an industrial relations strategy with a key focus on modernizing and engaging employees.
- Design and development of ER policy, processes, and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for Industrial Relations activities including handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best industry practices.
- Set direction, create policy, and offer expert advice in all matters relating to collective bargaining and corporate-wide industrial relations issues.
- To develop a system to link performance to payroll and remuneration to encourage productivity.
- Support and align cultural and behavioral change necessary for all corporate IR/ER program.
8. SAP FICO SPECIALIST
Requirements:
- Bachelor in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experienced in related field.
- Experience with end to end FICO cycle for manufacturing.
- Experience with SAP FICO project implementation.
- Experience in S/4HANA.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
9. SEO SPECIALIST
Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1
- Min 3 years proven SEO Experience.
- In-depth experience managing website and SEO analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
10. PACKAGING DESIGNER
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, art, or a similar field.
- Marketing experience would be preferable.
- Min 1 year of proven experience working as a packaging designer.
- Experience with market research and product placement advertising.
- Familiarity with various packaging materials.
- Knowledge of consumer packaging health and safety regulations.
- Proficient with 3D design software.
