ADR Group is hiring:
1. BRANCH SALES MANAGER
- Min. S1 in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role, typically 5-7 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and market data
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to manage branch financial performance and profitability
- Proficiency in using business management software and CRM systems
- Willing to be placed in all branches of ADR Group of Companies (Samarinda, Manado, Palembang, Sorong, Kendari, Timika).
2. ENGINEERING PRODUCT
- Min. D3 in Mechanical Engineering
- Having 1 year experience in the related field
- Good knowledge of Design 3D Software (NX, SE, SW Power Shape)
- Familiarity with principle/methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and etc would be a huge plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Adaptable, Collaborative and Commitment to Excellence
- Willing to be placed in Curug - Tangerang
3. SALES MARKETING & DATA ANALYST
- S1 in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Some experience or internship in sales, marketing, and/or data analysis (1 year preferred).
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power Bl.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
- Flexibility to support various sales and marketing activities as needed.
- Adaptable, collaborative and commitment to excellence.
- Willing to be placed in Curug - Tangerang, Banten.
4. ENGINEERING PROCESS
- Min. D3 in Electrical/ Electronica/ Mechatronics Engineering
- Preferably have minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of production system and business process in a manufacturing company
- Familiarity with principle/methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and etc would be a huge plus
- Proficient and experienced in managing loT-based projects
- Strong analytical thinking & problem solving skills
- Adaptable, collaborative and commitment to excellence
- Willing to be placed in Curug - Tangerang
5. PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Min. S1 in Mechanical/ Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production of Automotive Component/Heavy Equipment Production/Heavy Equipment Component/Dump Truck Production.
- Understanding of creating short-term and long-term production work plans.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative and commitment to excellence
- Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang - Banten.
