1. FRESHGRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FGDP)
- S1 Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aquaculture, Forestry/ Agriculture
- Minimum GPA 3.25 of 4.00
- Master degree (S2) and fresh graduates is welcome to apply
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Utara and another site of Mitrabara
2. RECRUITMENT OFFICER
- S1, especially from Psychology
- At least 4 years working experience is required for this position especially on mining industry
- Having good knowledge about excellent recruitment process and recruitment analysis
- Have capability to build and maintain professional relationship with management, thirt party, and candidate
- Willing to travel on a business trip across Indonesia and all site of Mitrabara
3. COST CONTROL OFFICER
- S1 from Accounting, Mining, Forestry, Agruculture
- Experience in Cost Control area for 3-5 years, preferably from Mining , Plantation or Forestry Industry
- Having Excellent Financial Planning and Budgeting skills
- Having intermediate Financial Analysis skill
- Having knowledge about Cash Flow Management
- Willling to be place in Kalimantan Utara
4. FINANCE ANALYST
- Experience as Finance Analyst or Freshgraduate are welcome
- Excellent on accounting knowledge, analytical thinking and administrative skill
- Detail, focus and conscientious
- Willing to be place in Jakarta
5. FINANCE OFFICER
- S1 in Economics/ Accounting/ Other relevant majors.
- Have experience in the same field for at least 3 years.
- Understand how to use the Balance Sheet, Profit Loss and Cash Flow applications.
- Have good knowledge of finance and accounting such as invoicing, journaling, taxes, financial reports.
6. SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL & HYDROLOGY ENGINEER
- More than 5-6 years of experience in Mine Geotechnical Operation within Open pit coal mines.
- Strong background on data acquisition Hydrology and Hydrogeology
- Expertise in Hydrology and Hydrogeology assessment relate to Yearly and LOM Design also make sure it running well in Mine Operation Activities
- Strong background on Geotechnical data parameter and interpretation..
- Expertise in using Geotechnical, Hydrology-Hydrogeology and Mining Software (Minescape, Dips, AutoCAD, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Slide, Slide2, Phase2, RS, Plaxis.)
- Preferable Abilities in using Geotechnical Radar (as user)..
- Experienced within Civil Geotechnical (Sub-structure calculation.)
7. MAINTENANCE PLANNER A2B
- Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering or other related major.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance planner.
- Heavy equipment mastery certification
8. RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT SUPERVISOR (PSYCHOLOGIST)
- S1, especially from Psychology, Master degree would be an advantage
- At least 5 years working experience in HR
- Excellent on analytical thinking, administrative skill and handling change management situation
- Good interpersonal and manners
- Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening and interpretation skills
- Advanced aptitude in Microsoft & Google suite
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- Have CHRM certificate would be an advantage
9. ACCOUNTING OFFICER
- S1, especially from Accounting
- At least 2 years working experience is required for this position
- Having experience in Mining Industry would be advantage
- Excellent on accounting knowledge, analytical thinking and administrative skill
- Detail, focus and conscientious
10. INTERNAL AUDITOR
- S1 in Mining, Plantation or Accounting
- Experience as internal auditor in mining company
- Strong understanding of accounting, regulations, and internal controls
- Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills
- Willing to do business trip to site
11. SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
- S1 of Management or Industrial Engineering
- Experience min 2 years as Internal Auditor/Risk Mangement Officer
- Internal Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
- Internal Auditor for ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health & Safety
- Internal Auditor SMK3, Sistem Manajemen K3
- Internal Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 Enviromental Management System
- ISO 31000: 2009 Risk Management System
- Certified Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
- Experience to handle policy and regulation in company
- Willing travel to site
