1. PPIC ADMIN

Requirements
  • D3 in Management/Administration/ any related major.
  • Min. 1 year experiences as admin staff, but fresh graduate are welcome
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description
  • Assist in the creation and collaborate with PPIC Supervisor to create detailed Purchase Requirement production scheduled based on demand forecast, resource availability, and production capacity.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies, especially Indirect Materials (MGI) to minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Purchasing teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PPIC team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing departmental documents.
  • Ensure every document/logbook that have been created.
  • Input data into relevant databases and systems to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
  • Perform other duties as required

2. GENERAL AFFAIR STAFF (MATERNITY LEAVE 3 MONTHS)

Requirements
  • Diploma degree in Management/Administration/any related major with min. 2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills including English skill.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Strong decision making skills.
  • Willing to WFO at Cikarang
Job Description
  • Perform and maintain general support administration and operational services e.g. housekeeping supplies, stationary-office equipment & printing supplies, catering & drinking, transportation & accommodation
  • Provide and maintain the validity of agreement and licenses related to general affair support and services including government legal compliances.
  • Provide support related to event from internal and external.
  • Maintain budget realization for general operational and support to achieve cost reduction program.

3. GA & IR SUPERVISOR

Requirements
  • Bachelor of any major with experienced min. 3 years in GA of the Manufacturing Industry (Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred)
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 preferred
  • Experience in managing expats will be preferred
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, especially in English
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Not color blind
Job Description
  • To support the organization in the roles and responsibilities in the implementation of general affairs operational.
  • Perform and maintain general support operational services e.g. cleaning service management, pest & rodent control, laundry management, landscape management, and domestic waste management.
  • Perform and maintain the process of building maintenance activity for unclassified areas e.g. office building, laboratory building, warehouse building, and utility area.
  • Provide and maintain the validity of agreements and licenses related to general affairs support and services including government legal compliance.
  • Maintain communication with external party e.g. vendors, industrial estate officer, and government officer.
  • Maintain internal communication with employees and LKS bipartit or union
  • Perform and leading project related to Industrial Relation.

4. GENERAL AFFAIR INTERN

Requirements
  • Active Student or Fresh Graduate in Management/ Administration/ any related major
  • Good communication skills and detail oriented
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
  • Have a good initiative and innovative
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Willing to WFO at Cikarang for 6 months period
Job Description
  • Support and monitor stock opname process
  • Manage administration documents, e.g master database
  • Understand asset management
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events

5. IT INTERN

Requirements
  • Active Student/Fresh Graduates from Computer Science / Information Technology, or any related major
  • Good knowledge in .NET programing language & has experience in designing & develop GUI, backend services & API.
  • Have experience in .Net Framework, SQL database (MS SQL)
  • Able to write clean, efficient & maintainable code
  • Good communication skills, especially in English
  • Pro-active and eager to learn
  • Willing to WFO at Cikarang for 6 months period
Job Description
  • Develop iCTMS project (clinical trial management system) using .NET Framework
  • Develop the UI according to the requirement using javascript. This application already has the base application from the previous developers. This application uses MS SQL as the database.
