HSE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety talks in all sections of the Kaltara Project.
- Gather data on areas and activities requiring stricter supervision to provide
- recommendations to the Relevant Departments regarding work procedures and the use of detection tools and personal protective equipment.
- Carry out commissioning and re-commissioning activities for vehicles, equipment, and buildings to ensure operational safety.
- Conduct inspections, observations, and create reports on findings of non-compliance throughout the work area.
- Gather technical study records to provide recommendations to operational safety.
- Conduct investigations in the event of a workplace accident or non-compliance with the implementation of HSES management systems.
- Create and review HSE documents (Procedures, Work Instructions, Standards, JSA & RA).
Requirements:
- S1 in Engineering, preferably from Mechanical or Civil.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as HSE Officer from Construction, Smelter, Mining, or Oil and Gas industry
- Proficient in Risk Management, Environment Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Operational Safety.
