PT ABM Investama Tbk is hiring:
1. SR. SPECIALIST COMMERCIAL SHIPPING
- S1 in any degree, prefer in Major Shipping, Naval or Marine Logistics background.
- 4 years of experience in the similar position.
- Have good knowledge about Shipping.
- Strong oral dan written communication skills (both Bahasa and English).
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with other related parties in the organization.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Will be placed in Cilandak.
2. OFFICER AR
- Min. S1, preferably in Economics.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Competencies: Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing, Managing Work.
- Understanding of Account Receivable and Microsoft Office.
3. PORT CAPTAIN
- Min. S1, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Port Captain, Operation Superintendent or other relevant position related to trading vessel operational activity
- Have experience as ship deck officer is advantages
- Have leadership personality, problem solving, integrity and safety mind, decision making, culture & team builder, good communication and detail monitoring.
- Understand basic IMO Rules (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, ISPS Code, etc)
- Understand all end to end ship operating business process and procedure (in port activity, ship to ship, beaching, port berthing, cargo handling & operation, sailing, etc)
- Understand job safety analysis procedure
- Understand read stability booklet
- Able to review cargo stowage plan
- Understand ship certification
- Good communication skill to marine crew and 3rd party
- Good reporting and data compiling
- Understand how to do fuel monitoring
- Willing to do frequently business trip and placed on site
4. SR. SPECIALIST FINANCIAL PLANNING
- Min. S1 in Accounting.
- Expert in using financial modelling for corporate budgeting (Ms. Excel Advance level).
- Have a financial modelling certification would be highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of corporate accounting & financial reporting.
- Preferably have experience in port/shipping/logistic company.
- Have a strong leadership, analytical skills, problem solving skills, good communication skills, and excellent business acumen.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in the same level is required for this position.
- Required Language(s): English, Indonesia
5. SPECIALIST STRATEGY EXECUTION
- S1 of Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Management.
- Have 3 - 4 work experiences in mining or any industries.
- Mastering of Balance Score Card & Strategy Management knowledge and implementation process.
- Have sufficient understanding and experience related investment analysis and financial report analysis.
- Have a good communication & interpersonal skill.
