1. SENIOR SUPERVISOR – INTERNAL AUDIT AND RISK ASSURANCE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Management from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years of professional auditing experience, demonstrating a general level of maturity and business acumen.
- Adequate understanding of the principles and application of good corporate governance, business and operational risk, and control processes and procedures.
- General understanding of risk management framework and processes.
- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks across various components of the IT environment, including system implementations and upgrades in areas such as applications, operating systems, and databases.
- Ability to investigate and manage fraud investigations, such as check fraud and new account fraud, ensuring timely handling and accurate documentation with concise case summaries, following existing procedures.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide and effectively communicate Internal Audit findings and reports.
- Understanding of the COSO Internal Control Framework and ERM Framework.
- Familiarity with insurance and financial risk management processes.

2. SUPERVISOR – ENVIRONMENTAL REPORTING AND SYSTEM
- Min. S1 in Environment, Science, Forestry, Natural Resources Management, or a related field.
- Preferably, holds a valid L/V Driver’s License, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification, and relevant post-graduate qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in a similar role within the mining industry, with desirable experience in environmental auditing and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced in managing or coordinating site inspection programs.
- Familiarity with Environmental Reporting, including AMDAL, RKL-RPL, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Report (Miners), Greenhouse Gas Calculation, RKAB Report, Sustainability Report, Proper Document, Electronic Reporting (SIMPEL).
- Knowledgeable in developing Environmental Management System ISO 14001, Life Cycle Assessment, and Energy Management.
- Familiar with Indonesian environmental laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining direction to achieve work objectives with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with a desirable proficiency level in spoken and written English.

3. SUPERVISOR – ENVIRONMENTAL BIODIVERSITY MANAGEMENT
- Min. S1 in Environment, Biology, Forestry, Water Resources Management, or a related field; a relevant Master’s Degree is desirable.
- Possession of a valid L/V driving license is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental Management in the Mining industry or similar sectors.
- Experience in Biodiversity Management is required.
- Familiarity with Flora Monitoring (both low-level and higher plants), Fauna Monitoring (including Mammals, Avifauna, Insects, Herpetofauna), and Aquatic Biology Monitoring is necessary.
- Experience in watershed Rehabilitation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Environmental Reporting, such as AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and Forest Rehabilitation, is essential.
- Familiarity with developing conservation zones, green belts, Biomass Calculation, and Carbon Footprint is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations is required.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, service orientation, and target-oriented skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with environmental post-mine rehabilitation and experience with MapInfo/ArcGIS is a plus.
- Familiarity and certification to operate drones are beneficial.

4. SUPERVISOR – MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
- Possess a Mechanical Fitting Trades Qualification from a recognized institution or completed an approved Apprenticeship program with Mechanical Fitting qualifications.
- Have over 3 years of experience supervising Fixed Plant mechanical maintenance at an operating minesite.
- Demonstrate over 5 years of experience working in mineral concentrate or tailing filtration plants.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the mechanical operations of critical filtration plant equipment, such as Filter Press machines, High-pressure Hydraulic systems, slurry and water centrifugal pumps, compressors, Thickeners, agitators, gearboxes, etc.
- Possess a good knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry.
- Have a solid understanding of world-class mining standards and associated safety standards (ANZS, BS, IEC & ASTM).
- Have a full understanding of ‘Computer Maintenance Management Systems’ (CMMS).
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the methods, techniques, equipment, tools, and materials used in the mining/mechanical trades industry.
- Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions, including the interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Capable of supervising the work of the mechanical maintenance team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Have experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Must be able to read Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) and drawings, write procedures, work instructions, and follow them step by step.
- Possess the ability to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Have experience with installation methods and practices.

5. SUPERINTENDENT - SAFETY AND MOBILE EQUIPMENT TRAINING
- Possession of a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline such as engineering, safety, training, or management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, or a related field; additional post-tertiary studies in a related area are desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the mining industry.
- Certification as a trainer or facilitator is desirable, along with vocational qualifications in Training and Assessment from a recognized professional body.
- Demonstrated interest in advancing research in training and development systems.
- Strong familiarity with competency-based training systems and operational safety issues, coupled with an exemplary personal safety record.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Equipment Operator Standards.
- Proficiency in personal computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Access databases, at an advanced level is desirable.

6. ENGINEER - MECHANICAL RELIABILITY
- Possess a recognized Engineering Degree in Mechanical.
- Hold certifications in Vibration, Oil Analysis, and NDT Training.
- Demonstrate extensive, comprehensive experience in a similar reliability engineering role within the mining, oil & gas, or comparable heavy industrial sectors.
- Possess a solid understanding of world-class mining standards and associated safety standards such as ANZS, BS, IEC, ASTM, and PAS 55.
- Exhibit proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Have significant prior experience with reliability engineering in mining process plants or heavy industry settings.
- Demonstrate broad-based, comprehensive experience with mechanical maintenance problem-solving and inspection processes.
- Possess a good understanding of predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Showcase knowledge and understanding of various condition monitoring technologies, including Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Oil Analysis, and NDT techniques. Desirable familiarity with maintenance tactics development tools like RCM, FMEA, PMO, etc.
- Monitor equipment wear rates and utilize data to optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) Tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and efficiently execute written and oral instructions.
- Proficient in the interpretation of engineering drawings.
- Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis as necessary. Identify and implement required corrective actions, and complete associated documentation.
- Capable of preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Possess computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet usage.
