1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job Description
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
  • Participate in all activities that require a translator
  • Responsible as a translator during meetings
  • Other ad-hoc duties arrange by superior
Requirement
  • Min. D3 and above
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa (Can speak Mandarin is a plus)
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Strong professional skills in oral and text translation
  • Candidates shall be self-motivated, professional work ethic and attitude
  • Working experience in a company is preferred
  • Willing to travel outside Jakarta

2. PRODUCTION OFFICER

Job Description
  • Input data rate and shipping quantity
  • Help coordinate and follow-up operational needs on the field with third party or cross-department employees
  • Create funding requests and RFC for field requirements
  • Arrange shipping documents
  • Record the latest vendor agreement regarding mining operations
  • Shipping document filing
  • Monitor and input LME nickel price
  • Match the time sheet with the demurrage from the buyer
  • Help update shipping progress in the group
  • Help the production teams needs regarding administrative matters
  • Procurement: help find products or services that are needed for operational processes
Requirement
  • S1 in Business, Accounting, Management or related field
  • Have good administrative skills
  • Organized and thorough
  • Responsible and quick in finishing their tasks
  • Can communicate with the team
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to analyze
  • Able to speak English and Bahasa
  • Willing to travel outside Jakarta
