1. FINANCE CONTROLLER
Responsible for monitoring financial expenditures to match budget planning and making a comparison between the actual use of the budget & the plan and analyze the differences/variances in the use of budget
Qualification
- Min. S1 from Accounting Major
- Having min. 1 year experience in related fields
- Have a good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and procurement system
- Have a strong analytical skills, effective in time management, attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work effectively in a team
- Have a strong initiative
- Experience in property will be a plus
- Located in Cibubur Area
2. TAX STAFF
Responsible in monitoring tax reports and following up on tax collection regularly through multiple platforms
Qualification
- Min. D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, and related fields
- Min. 1 year working experience in related fields
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in property will be a plus point
- Enthusiastic individual who is a fast-learner and capable of working in a team
- Creative, recognized as a results-oriented and solution focused individual
- Located in Cibubur Area
3. ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Responsible for the researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, and perform managerial duties to meet the company's operation goals
Qualification
- Min. S1 in Accounting
- Min. 1 year work experience in related field, experience in the property field and accounting consolidation will be an added value
- Having strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details
- Proactive, good communication skills, and perform in teamwork
- Mastering accounting, finance, and tax principles is a must
- Located in Cibubur Area
4. FINANCE STAFF
Responsible in monitoring AR Reports, following up on standing collection regularly through multiple platforms, preparing weekly and monthly reports to management, and register and response to customer inquiries related to finance issues
Qualification
- Min. D3/ S1 in accounting, finance, and related fields
- Proficiency in Ms. excel
- Having good knowledge in billing, procurement, and vendor payment process
- Experience in property will be a plus
- Enthusiastic individual who is a fast-learner and capable of working in a team
- Located in Cibubur Area
