Profil Perusahaan

PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI) merupakan perusahaan patungan yang didirikan oleh konsorsium tiga perusahaan Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. (J-Power), PT Adaro Power (Adaro Power), dan ITOCHU Corporation (ITOCHU). BPI mengembangkan, membangun dan mengoperasikan Pembangkit Listrik Batang 2 x 1.000 MW di Kabupaten Batang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memasok listrik ke PT PLN (Persero).

Pembangkit Listrik Batang merupakan proyek infrastruktur proyek pertama di Indonesia yang dilaksanakan dalam skema Kerja Sama Pemerintah-Swasta (“KPS”) dan juga dikategorikan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional. Pembangkit Listrik Batang mempunyai peran penting dalam memfasilitasi pembangunan infrastruktur dan akan memenuhi sebagian pertumbuhan kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia.

1. PERMIT & GOVERNMENT RELATION OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major. 
  • Having a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the same position.
  • Having knowledge of Environmental Document (Amdal & UKL, UPL) preparation. 
  • Having knowledge of Proper, Social Programs, RKL-RPL document preparation.
  • Having good communication & negotiation skills. 
  • Having good knowledge & experience with the Indonesian regulations related to Permit. 
  • Able to communicate and prepare documents in English.
  • Having knowledge of administration work.
  • Able to work in a team with minimum supervision and tough deadlines. 
  • Willing to join immediately.
  • Willing to be placed in Batang.
  • Domicile in Batang will be preferred. 
  • Able to make a design for communication tools or media for stakeholder engagement programs is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting CSR & CR teams in preparing stakeholder engagement program that related to social obligations based on Environmental Document, Common Best Practice, and International Standard
  • Ensure the Company’s implementing social programs based on Environmental Approval, Environmental Documents, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Document & international standard which is become lenders requirement.
  • Assisting the process for the acquisition of Environmental Approval and its addendum that required by the Company.
  • Reviewing the Environmental Management & Environmental Monitoring Report (RKL-RPL) that prepared by the consultant especially in social aspect.
  • Process permits application and ensure it complies with regulations.
  • Maintain & monitor the Permits validity that required by Company.
  • Liaison with Government Officials & other relevant stakeholders in Project Vicinity.

2. HR ADMINISTRATION & DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major. 
  • Having a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the same position.
  • Having knowledge of Environmental Document (Amdal & UKL, UPL) preparation. 
  • Having knowledge of Proper, Social Programs, RKL-RPL document preparation.
  • Having good communication & negotiation skills. 
  • Having good knowledge & experience with the Indonesian regulations related to Permit. 
  • Able to communicate and prepare documents in English.

Responsibilities:
  • Librarian (administrative & manage internal documentation, O&M Manual Records)
  • Maximo, Axapta PIC (PR-PO application) and HRIS PIC
  • HR Administrative (make sure HR procedure & documentation is valid)
  • Organize and maintain all records related to employee administration.
  • Update employee database information and ensure that all employee data is safe in a secure documentation system.
  • Handles day-to-day issues and fields end user requests for new or improved functionality and keeps the system’s documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Ensures all data and applications are secured and backed up routinely and appropriately and maintains accuracy and currency of related documentation.
  • Responsible for supporting and securing all external electronic exchanges of information.

3. STAKEHOLDER RELATION JUNIOR OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Management, or related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate and prepare documents in English.
  • Having knowledge of administration work.
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team with minimum supervision and tough deadlines. 
  • Willing to join immediately.
  • Willing to be placed in Batang.
  • Domicile in Batang will be preferred. 
  • Able to make a design for communication tools or media for stakeholder engagement programs is an advantage. 
  • Having knowledge of the Axapta & Maximo System will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the incoming & outgoing documents, letter receipt, permit, and others department important documents.
  • Prepare budgetary documents (cash advance, settlement, etc).
  • Manage & submit PRs & invoices.
  • Arrange the travel for the Stakeholder Relation’s team members & Adaro (Sponsor).
  • Perform clerical duties.
  • Organizing meetings, site visit.
