- At least 4 years of experience in HR scope
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently;
- Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll and benefits;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Proficient in English;
- Familiar and experience with analyst about recruitment, performance review, organization development, turn over, etc
