PT Kaltim Prima Coal adalah perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang berlokasi di Sangatta, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia, mengelola salah satu pertambangan open-pit terbesar di dunia. Kami melayani pelanggan industri, baik pasar ekspor maupun domestik.

Perusahaan kami dioperasikan dari kantor pusat di Sangatta, Kabupaten Kutai Timur, Propinsi Kalimatan Timur dan memiliki kantor perwakilan di Jakarta, Samarinda, dan Balikpapan. Kami mengelola area konsesi pertambangan dengan  luas mencapai 61.543 hektar. Operasi kami didukung oleh 30.575 orang karyawan. Sebanyak 3.909 orang merupakan karyawan langsung KPC dan 26.666 orang bekerja di 129 perusahaan kontraktor.

Perusahaan kami diizinkan untuk menambang mencapai 70 juta ton per tahun, dengan target pasar 25 persen di Indonesia dan 75 persen lainnya di luar negeri, terutama 10 negara di kawasan Asia Pasifik.

1. PAYROLL & EMPLOYEE RECEIVABLES SPECIALIST

Qualifications:
  • S1 in Accounting with minimum 3 years experience in the areas of treasury (payroll/ cash
  • management/ account payable).
  • Good knowledge of employee income tax calculation, payment process, and banking.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and accounting/payroll application
  • systems (i.e., Ellipse, Ascender, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong integrity and professionalism to maintain highly confidential information and data.
  • Strong commitment to KPC’s vision, mission, values, and HSES standards.
Key elements of the position include:
  • Maintain monthly salary deductions for all employees.
  • Ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and collection of all employee loans including
  • medical, housing, education, over ceilings, etc.)
  • Calculate and deduct all employee loans and receivables in the final termination payment.
  • Maintain and record all corporate credit card usage and administration. Review and follow
  • up on the outstanding records for all corporate cardholders.
  • Review and monitor all business and operational cash advances in line with company
  • policies (HRMP and Financial authorities). Ensure that all outstanding cash advances are
  • recoverable for all employees.
  • Handling payment process accurately in a timely manner.
  • Liaise communication with banks for transactions and payments.
  • Demonstrate and encourage conformity to and implementation of HSE regulations,
  • policies, rules, and systems.
  • Supervise and implement business and performance improvement within the work unit.
  • Implement activities as an instruction to achieve efficient and optimum manner.
  • Contribute to the implementation of knowledge management within the work unit by, e.g.,
  • performing coaching and knowledge sharing with peers.

2. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:
  • S1 in Accountancy with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting in the
  • mining or relevant industries.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of PSAK, tax regulation, and cost management.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. Having knowledge of VBA and
  • SQL will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to deal
  • with diverse personnel and to produce reports. As a guide, level of proficiency in English
  • is minimum level 4.
  • Proactive and resilient.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key elements of the position include:
  • Manage divisional cost and budget variance.
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliation.
  • Manage cost control and correction.
  • Maintain data processing and spreadsheet.
  • Liaise data with people across divisions and levels.
  • Update knowledge of accounting issues and standards (PSAK and Tax)
  • Standardize procedures and ensure they are documented.
  • Demonstrate and encourage conformity to and implementation of HSE regulations,
  • policies, rules, and systems.
  • Supervise and implement business and performance improvement within the work unit.
  • Implement activities as instruction to achieve efficient and optimum manner.
  • Contribute to implementation of knowledge management within work unit by, e.g.,
  • performing coaching and knowledge sharing to peers.
