Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Major Psychology/ Law/ Administration/Management
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Have interpersonal skills, team working skills, time management, organizational skills
- Required language(s) : Bahasa & English
Job Description:
- Handling employee end to end recruitment Process
- Handling employee database, including contract recap, absence, leave, and employee information.
- Handling all HR letter including contract, reference letter, warning letter, etc.
- Handling employee evaluation.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Provide daily administrative support to project related matters.
- Recap Daily, Monthly, and Yearly Data
- Calculates employee salaries, compensation & benefit
- Registration / deactivation of BPJS for employee
