1. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (MINING PROJECT)
- S1 in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Wide network of contacts in the mining industry.
- Experience using online recruiting platforms and applicant tracking tools.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and achieve ambitious targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.

2. MINE PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT
- S1 from related major preferably in Mining Engineering, Geology
- Min 5 years working experience in technical and operational aspects of open pit and/or underground mining
- Have experience in long-term mine planning is preferred
- Good understanding of mine design and economics
- Proficient to operate mine planning software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
