PepsiCo Indonesia secara resmi membangun pabrik manufaktur makanan ringan pertamanya di kawasan Greenland International Industry Center (GIIC), Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Pabrik ini ditargetkan dapat beroperasi mulai awal 2025, alias pembangunannya membutuhkan waktu sekitar dua tahun.
Pabrik ini berdiri di atas lahan seluas 60.000 m2 di Cikarang, Jawa Barat, dan akan menjadi tempat produksi sejumlah produk makanan ringan. Meskipun begitu, belum diumumkan merek atau jenis makanan ringan yang akan diproduksi.

PT PepsiCo Indonesia Foods and Beverages is hiring:
1. TECHNICAL STORE OFFICER
- 2-3 years of experience in managing spare parts inventory within a manufacturing or production environment including ordering, receiving, and issuing parts
- Holds a minimum of a Diploma of Engineering
- Working knowledge of SAP for inventory control and stock management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure precise record-keeping
- Knowledge of spare parts management and procurement processes
2. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and engineering within a manufacturing or production environment
- Holds a minimum of a Diploma of Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of electrical equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement timely solutions to defects
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and the ability to enforce safety regulations among employees and contractors
3. HR INTERN
- You’re in your final semester or you have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field
- You have a strong interest to establish a career in human resources, exemplified by past projects, achievements, or internship experiences
- You’re hungry for impact and are highly driven to learn new things
- You’re a go-getter and keen to play a creative part in HR
- You’re fluent in English verbal and written communication
- Prior internship experience in supporting mass recruitment would be an advantage
