Merek dagang Sakura Filter telah terdaftar di lebih dari 100 negara di dunia. SMSM telah terdaftar sebagai perusahaan publik sejak tahun 1996, dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Perusahaan berkedudukan di Jakarta Utara, dengan kantor pusat di Wisma ADR, Jalan Pluit Raya I No. 1, Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya berlokasi di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Perusahaan memulai kegiatan operasi komersialnya sejak tahun 1980.

1. ACCOUNTING
- Min. S1 in Accounting/ Finance
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Accountant.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certifications will be an added advantage.

2. COST CONTROL
- Min. S1 in Industrial Engineering/Accounting
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

3. ENGINEERING PROCESS
- Min. S1 in Electrical/ Electro Engineering
- Min. 1 year of experience working as a Engineering Process or a similar field.
- Freshgraduate are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity using IOT, microcontroller & PLC
- Good knowledge about basic Electrical/ Conventional
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang
4. ENGINEERING PRODUCT (MOLD DESIGNER)
- Min. D3 in Mechanical Engineering
- Having 1 year experience in the related field
- Good knowledge of Design 3D Software (NX, SE, SW Power Shape)
- Familiarity with principle/methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and etc would be a huge plus
- Willing to be placed in Curug - Tangerang
5. FINANCE
- Min. SMA/SMK
- Have 1-2 years of experience as finance or cashier
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of finance/accounting administration, cash bank and AP & AR journals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any other accounting software would be a huge advantage
- Willing to be placed in our Head Office - Pluit, North Jakarta
6. IT SAP PP
- Min. D3 in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Solid understanding of business processes in a manufacturing industry would be a huge plus
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
- Willing to be placed in Bitung, Curug - Tangerang
7. PERSONAL ASISSTANT
- S1 in any major
- Have a min 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary to Top Management or Board of Directors
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
- Have a strong planning & organization skill
- Have a good communication and administration skills
- Flexible and able to work on weekends/holidays (tentative)
- Will be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
8. PRODUCTION MANAGER
- S1 in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production of Automotive Component/Heavy Equipment Production/Heavy Equipment Component/Dump Truck Production.
- Understanding of creating short-term and long-term production work plans.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and others).
- Strong managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsible, with good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong desire to achieve targets.
- Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang - Banten.
9. HVAC SALES
- Min. S1 in Engineering (preferably mechanical) or any related major
- Have an experience as a sales engineer, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of HVAC product details and technical specifications
- Extensive knowledge of market research & analysis, business development and strategic planning related to HVAC products especially inf the filter area
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a previous company
- Proficient in English and computer/digital technology it's a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
- Highly energetic, extroverted, can-do attitude, dynamic and customer-focused
- Willing to be Placed in Curug - Tangerang
10. SALES EXECUTIVE - TANGERANG
- S1 in any major
- Proven work experience as a sales / marketing executive.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
