General Qualifications:
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Have experience min. 2 years in the same position in the mining industry (Preferred in Nickel Mining).
- Have Good Leadership, Good Analysis & Problem Solving Skills.
- Can coordinate and motivate the team.
- Having integrity and loyalty.
- Minimum had the first booster vaccination.
- Have good communication and attitude, discipline, honesty, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to operate computers well (Microsoft Office).
- Have a high level of responsibility and desire to carry out work according to work on safety procedures.
- Must have POP/POM/TOT certificate.
- Having a BNSP Certificate is preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to be placed throughout the PT. Sinar Terang Mandiri Projects & Head Office Manado / Jakarta.
