RECRUITMENT INTERNSHIP
Recruitment work in Human Resources team, which doing end-to-end recruitment process and do administrative tasks. In this position, you will directly do sourcing, interview, conduct psychotest and join on-boarding process.
Job Descriptions:
- Sourcing candidates on various job portals for the required position
- Provide psychotest and technical test to candidates (online and offline)
- Scheduling candidate interview with users
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the on boarding process
- Do administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Freshgraduated from Bachelor's Degree in Psychology preferred.
- Min IPK 3.00
- Fluent speaking in English
- Willing to join for 6 months with commitment (Full WFO).
- Excellent in using Ms. Office (word, excel, ppt).
- Required skills, communication skill, detail oriented, and fast learner
- Placement at Sinarmas MSIG Tower Sudirman, South Jakarta.
- Willing to join ASAP
