PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering melalui brandnya, PATRiA didirikan pada tanggal 8 Februari 1983. Awalnya dibangun untuk memenuhi tuntutan perkembangan industri di Indonesia yang semakin meningkat.
PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) bergerak di industri rekayasa dan manufaktur komponen dan attachment alat berat. Selain itu, UTPE juga memiliki anak perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan transportasi batubara melalui laut dan sungai.

1. DIGITALIZATION ASSOCIATE
- S1 Information System, Informatics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledgeable and understand business process
- Have good project management and analytical skills
- Have a high willingness to learn new things
- Have high curiosity regarding process/condition anomalies that occur
2. FLUID POWER TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER
- S1 Mechanical Engineering (S1)
- Have a good understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics/energy conversion
- Strong mastery of the principles of Pascal's and Bernoulli's laws
- Able to make technical drawings and hydraulic schemes
- Able to use 2D/3D CAD modeling software, such as Autocad/Solidworks
- Understand electrical control systems, both relay and PLC systems
- Have experience in hydraulic simulation software, such as Festo Fluidism/Automation Studio is preferred
- Have the enthusiasm to learn new things and have an interest in conducting trials and research
- Have good analytical thinking skills, and be able to coordinate and communicate within a team
3. HUMAN CAPITAL ASSOCIATE
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience.
- Min. S1 Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, Economics, Business Administration and Management.
- Passionate about people and Human Capital Management.
- Have adequate analytical and interpersonal skills.

4. INDUSTRIAL DESIGN ENGINEER
- S1 Product Design
- Have the enthusiasm to learn new things and have interest in conducting trials and research
- Have good analytical thinking skills, and be able to coordinate and communicate within a team
- Able to make traditional (freehand) and digital sketches
- Able to use 2D software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as 3D software such as Blender and Solidworks
- Have experience in making mock ups and rapid prototypes
- Have knowledge and passion in the automotive, heavy equipment and ship sectorsa
5. PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE
- S1 in Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Have good interpersonal & analytical thinking skills
- Understand the basics of cost analysis and purchase record.
6. PRODUCTION ENGINEER
- S1 in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Analytical thinking skills and a passion for learning new things.
- Have knowledge and skills in the area of manufacturing processes.
- Have the drive and passion to learn new things.
7. SUPPORT & CONTROLLER HEAD
- Min. S1 in Industrial Engineering/Management/Accounting
- Proficient in Ms.Office
- Have good knowledge and skill according to people, finance, & accounting
- Have good analytical thinking, communication. and coordination in team skills
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
8. VENDOR MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
- S1 All Majors, preferably from Mandarin Literature/Mandarin Language Education major with interest in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management area.
- Proficient in Mandarin both orally and in writing.
- Mandarin Language Certification is an added value.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
