PT Wanho Industries Indonesia is hiring:
1. PROJECT ENGINEERING STAFF
- Minimum Diploma's Degree
- Experienced in the field of product design & mechanical design at least 1 year
- Able knowledge GDT (Geometry Design & Tolerance) and SPM (Special Purpose Machine)
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software is essential (UG)
- Have experience with the Design of Experiments (DoE) and validation protocol (IQ, OQ, and PQ)
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures
- Has English skill (written and speaking)
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
Job Desc:
- Responsible for plastic part engineering according to specifications to meet the requirements of quality, cost, and delivery time
- Provide support on new product tooling launch and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for the development of new processes, parts, and tooling.
2. MOLD DESIGN STAFF
- Min. Diploma's Degree
- Having 1 year experience in related field
- Able to operate CAD & CAM
- Familiar with Mold Plastic, Die Cast and Machining Process (Milling,
- Turning, CNC, EDM, Wirecut)
- Has English skill (written and speaking)
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
Job Desc:
- Create Mold and Electrode Design 3D
- Create 2D & Prepare Bill of Material
- Determine the sequence of machine operation
- Document and maintain accurate records of mold specifications
- Making project timeline and ensure meet the deadline
3. QUALITY ENGINEERING STAFF
- Min. Diploma's Degree
- Experienced in the same position at least 1 year, especially in the field of manufacture
- Must excellent in Microsoft Office, Drawing or Art Work software
- Understanding the Manufacturing Step (including Root Cause Analyse), Measuring Tools, SPC, QCPC, FMEA, APQP, and Problem Solving .
- Familiar with Die Cast Process and Injection Molding (is a plus)
- Has English skill (written and speaking)
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
Job Desc:
- Designing quality development
- Conduct surveillance and testing
- Reporting and documentation of new product process steps including CAP
- Identify nonconformities, carry out repairs and prevention
- Process evaluation and efficiency improvement
4. PRODUCT ENGINEERING STAFF
- Min. D3 of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant
- Has knowledge material characteristic Plastic and die casting (Zinc, Alloy) process
- Able to determine and arrange Bill of Material (BOM),
- Able to read and interpretation technical drawings, machinery, and knowledge of GDT (Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerance)
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and 3D CAD Software
- Has English skill (written and speaking)
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
Job Desc:
- Control, evaluate and take corrective action on the work performance of process engineering, new product, mold design, mold maintenance and related to engineering
- Create BOM and checking Jigs & Tools
- Solve problem that occur during production
5. 3D PRINTING STAFF
- Min. Diploma's Degree
- Experienced in the field of 3D printing at least 1 year (additive manufacturing)
- Understand the SLA (resin) type 3D printing process
- Can use 3D model preparation software (slicer) before printing
- Can operate SLA 3D printing machines or similar
- Can use common office software
- Has English skill (written and speaking)
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
Job Desc:
- Set the 3D model to be ready for 3D printing
- Operate 3D printing machine
- Improve 3D printing principles for efficiency
- Creating reports on the use of 3D printing process
- Create product prototypes for development
