1. PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITY
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Developing detailed project plans
- Coordinating with stakeholders
- Managing budgets and schedules
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Civil Engineering, Construction/ Management,
- Having experience and proven track records with 15 years
- Project experience of which 5 years at minimum as Project Manager.
- Project management professional (PMP) is preferred or other construction related certification.
- Proven Experience in Project Manager practices.
- Understand high level reading output of Project Management software (Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Strong leadership in leading the site team
- Communicate effectively to client and team and other stakeholders related to the project.
- Initiative to solve problem arise during the construction progress, particularly unique to underground environment.
- Knowledge of Safety: well understand the Indonesia safety regulation, applicable safety standards, and International mining industry safety standards.
- Planning, Budgeting and Scheduling experience in managing project from planning, budgeting and scheduling of a project.
2. SITE CONSTRUCTION LEAD
RESPONSIBILITY
- Overseeing and managing all on-site activities.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Managing subcontractors and site workers.
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 in Civil Engineering or Technical High School with extensive experiences in underground construction works
- Having minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, with significant time spent in underground or similar construction projects.
- Proven 8-10 years' experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, especially related to underground construction.
- Familiar with various civil constructions and underground construction methods
- Ability to lead a diverse team, manage conflicts, and motivate workers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations specific to underground construction.
- Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes.
- Ability to work in challenging environment which requires a good physical condition.
3. HSE LEAD
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Create and implement HSE policies and procedures specific to underground construction projects.
- Create and implement HSE policies and procedures specific to underground construction projects.
- Identify potential hazards and risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and education to workers and
- Contractors on HSE best practices and regulations.
- Lead the investigation of incidents and develop reports and recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
- Ensure that all activities comply with national and international safety and environmental regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering,
- Having work Experience at least 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with significant experience in underground construction or similar high-risk environments.
- Industry experience: Specific experience in construction, particularly in underground projects (e.g., tunneling, mining).
- Depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices specific to underground construction (e.g., OSHA, MSHA).
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate safety teams and promote a culture of safety at site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey safety information and training.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant national, international industry standards.
- Experience in investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
4. QA/QC LEAD
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Developing and implementing quality management plans to the project
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Training staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Inspecting and testing materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet specifications.
- Identifying defects and coordinating corrective actions.
- Reporting on quality metrics and performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. S1 in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Having work experience at least 7-10 years of experience in a quality-related role in construction projects.
- Proficiency in engineering and construction management software
- Proficiency in QMS and standards like ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with various inspection and testing techniques being used in the construction project.
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Ability to ensure that processes and products comply with all relevant standards and regulations.
5. ENGINEERING LEAD
RESPONSIBILITY
- To ensure the successful execution of projects from all of the technical aspects including civil structures, mechanical, electrical and piping.
- Ensuring the technical solution to the project arising from the dynamics problem encountered during the project construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Engineering Discipline, Civil Construction or other technical related field.
- Proven track records of 8-10 years working experience as site engineering lead.
- Extensive experience as site engineering designing the civil, mechanical, electrical and instrument structures, specific type of construction such as camp, offices, workshops, etc. Preferably the construction works in the underground type environment
- Professional Engineer license
- Proficiency in engineering and construction management software
- Strong understand of international and national construction code, regulation and mining industry standards to ensure the contract compliance.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of construction site safety practices and regulations especially in the underground environment.
