PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical is hiring:
1. HR PAYROLL STAFF
- S1 in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR Payroll or Accounting and Tax positions
- Mastery of labor law and calculation schemes of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
- Understanding of taxation
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Responsible, detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and capable of working well both individually and in a team
2. PROCUREMENT STAFF
- Min. Sl of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/IT)
- Have minimum 3 years experience in the same field of work.
- Supply chain management, negotiation skill, vendor management, procurement management, importation process.
- Experienced in the Telecommunication, Construction or Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF
- S1 from reputable university English fluency is a must
- Max 40 y.o.
- Experienced in Telco or IT industry is preferred
- Having proven sales achievement records
- Having good integrity and teachable attitude
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and computer literate
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
