1. TALENT ACQUISITION STAFF - TEMPORARY

  • S1 in Psychology or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition at a recruitment agency, head hunter, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of recruitment strategies, including sourcing and interview.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work at Cengkareng Business City, West Jakarta

2. GENERAL AFFAIRS

  • S1 in from any major
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a General Affair role or similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Willing to work at Cengkareng Business City, West Jakarta
What you'll do:
  • Manage daily office operations for efficiency and comfort
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities and ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition
  • Manage office inventory, including procurement of supplies
  • Oversee security, cleaning, and other support services in the office environment • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the ordering and procurement of goods and services required by the company
  • Prepare routine reports related to office operations and facilities
