1. PROJECT SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create construction methods for solar panel installation
- Manage project schedule and project financial planning
- Prepare daily and weekly project progress report
- Ensure all work is conducted in quality and efficient manner, especially the quality of solar panel performance
QUALIFICATION
- Min. S1 in Engineering
- Renewable energy enthusiast
- Have a deep understanding in technical drawing and basic electrical
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to work individually or in a team, and not afraid of heights
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Have a spirit of leadership, discipline and responsibility
2. PROJECT ADMIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and ensure all collection of project data
- Prepare and provide all project documents, MoM, and project financial report
- Coordinate & schedule meeting with external party
- Monitor & report on project progress and material delivery to ensure deliverables meet requirement
- Coordinate with relevant function regarding project needs and documentation
QUALIFICATION
- Min. S1 from any major
- Renewable energy enthusiast
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and task management skills
3. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct site survey and assessment to determine project needs and define Solar Power Plant system's specification
- Define and review customer’s RPF/Techinical requirement
- Compose Solar Power Plant System's BoM & BoQ
- Perform quality and performance analysis in Solar Power Plant system to ensure system’s safety and performance
- Create engineering design and installation guidelines, to ensure Solar Power Plan installation and operation quality
- Improve design and working method to enhance efficiency, leadtime, and cost-saving
QUALIFICATION
- S1 in Electrical Engineering with minimum 1 year experience in Electrical
- Have a deep understanding in electric power technics (three phase LV, MV, distribution system, protection system, etc.)
- Experience in using PV Simulation Software (Helioscope, PVSyst, Homer), ETAP, AutoCAD
- Have basic understanding of engineering principal, especially in electrical principal (IEC, PUIL/SNI, etc)
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
4. SALES OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle end-to-end sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Strive to achieve set sales targets with dedication and determination.
QUALIFICATION
- Min. S1 in Management/ Marketing/ Business or related major
- Experience in sales
- Highly assertive with strong negotiation & interpersonal skill
- Willing to travel all around Indonesia
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
5. SITE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate on project planning, documentation, and execution of works on site
- Communicate with the client and relevant local communities
- Prepare design and drawing report
- Manage project cash flow for accommodation purpose
- Ensure all work is conducted in quality and efficient manner
QUALIFICATION
- Min. S1 in Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Renewable energy enthusiast
- Have a deep understanding in technical drawing and basic electrical
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to work individually or in a team, and not afraid of heights
- Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Have a spirit of leadership, discipline and responsibility
