Proses pengupasan lapisan penutup menggunakan alat mekanis 2 unit backhoe Komatsu PC 450 LC melayani 6 unit articulated dump truck Volvo A40E dan 2 unit backhoe Komatsu PC 1250-7 melayani 8 unit dump truck Komatsu HD 465-7 dari front North menuju disposal dengan jarak 1200 meter. 1. MINE PLAN MANAGER
- Min. S1 in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 10 Years’ experience in Strategic Mine Planning role (Mine Optimization, Life Of Mine (LOM), Cost Evaluation, Reserves estimation, Financial Modelling & Mine detail design)
- Expert to operate Mining software (preferred Minex software expert), have a broad experience in Mine Operation & Business Process Improvement
- Must be CPI / have CP certificate for ACB (Ahli Estimasi Cadangan Batubara),
- Good strategic thinking, analytical skill, logical thinking and detail oriented,
- Good communication and presentation skills, Good Reporting Skill,
- Willing to travel to all sites if necessary.
- Placement at East Kalimantan, with roster schedule
2. MANAGER GEOTECHNICAL
- Min. S1 in Geology, Mining Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Experience in leading a team to handle geotechnical projects effectively.
- Understand the technical and operational aspects of the mining industry and be able to adapt to changing regulations and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex geotechnical data and make decisions based on the analysis results.
- Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, from team members to senior management.
- Experience with geotechnical software.
- Certification or license related to geotechnical engineering or other technical expertise is considered a plus.
