Bumi Konawe Minerina adalah tambang terbuka dengan metode Open Cast Selective Mining .

1. MINING OFFICER
- Senior/ Vocational school with 2-3 years of experience from the same position,
- S1 in Mining Engineering (fresh graduated welcome to apply).
- Having knowledge about good mining procedure.
- Having Driving License is preferable (SIM A)
- Having Integrity and Good Atitude is a must
- Can join ASAP
2. GRADE CONTROL OFFICER
- S1 in Geology Engineering (must)
- Min. 1 year of experience from the same position
- Having knowledge mining procedure and ore getting
- Having POP certificate is preferable
- Having good communication
- Having knowledge grade control procedure
- Able to operate ArcGIS and Micromine prefereable
- Able to make reporting
- Can join ASAP
3. DRILL SUPERVISOR
- S1 in Geology Engineering (must)
- Min. 2 years of experience from the same position
- Having experience supervise drill with JORC standardt
- Having POP certificate is preferable
- Having good communication
- Having knowledge QAQC sample drill
- Able to make QAQC drilling database and report
- Able to handle supervise drill technical
- Able to control recovery and logging description
- Able to sample handling
- Can join ASAP
4. QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (GEOLOGY)
- S1 in Geology Engineering (must)
- Min. 2 years of experience from the same position at nickel mining
- Having POP or POM certificate is preferable
- Having the knowledge about budgeting
- Able to operate of pXRF, ArcGIS and micromine and other software for support mining and exploration
- Able to perform daily, weekly and monthly reports (Operate Ms. Office is a must)
- Able to control and monitor team performance based on target
- Can join ASAP
