Kompas TV adalah salah satu jaringan televisi swasta nasional di Indonesia yang berfokus pada konten berita. Kompas TV dimiliki oleh KG Media, anak usaha Kompas Gramedia.
Diluncurkan awalnya sebagai penyedia konten dengan acara-acara berbasis hiburan pada 9 September 2011, perlahan-lahan statusnya berubah menjadi sebuah jaringan televisi, dan sejak 2016 acaranya menjadi berbasis berita sampai saat ini. Nama Kompas TV diambil dari surat kabar papan atas yang dimiliki oleh Kompas Gramedia, yaitu harian Kompas. [sumber]

NEWS REPORTER
- S1 in any field (Journalism is a plus)
- Have at least 1 year working experience in news reporting, preferably in TV news (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Strong on-camera presence with clear and articulate delivery
- Strong research skills to gather accurate and comprehensive information
- Analytical ability to interpret and explain complex issues clearly
- Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with sources and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and work shifting-hour
