PT Etrama Nusa Energi is hiring:
1. SITE MANAGER
- S1 in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably with experience in Solar Panel projects
- Proficient knowledge of energy conversion and electrical power systems
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word) and AutoCAD
- Capable of performing job volume calculations, material assessments, and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Willing to be placed on project's site
- Able to drive a vehicle, with possession of A & C driver's licenses
2. PV ENGINEER
- S1 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- Must have Experience in Solar PV Power Plant Project
- Excellent Coordination capability of Solar power Projects
- Experienced as Drafter in Solar PV Power Plant or Electrical Project for Prepare Projects drawings and technical proposal
- Can Operate AUTOCAD, HelioScope, PVSys
- Excellent Conceptual and Analytical thinking, Teamwork and Cooperation
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill, adaptive and able to work under tight schedule
3. HSE OFFICER
- Min. D3 or an HSE related major with one year experience in the same position.
- Certificated AK3 Umum Kemnaker RI (having AK3 Listrik by Kemnaker is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Have a deep understanding of safety tools and its usage, safety process and the safety requirements
- Experienced in making plan and program for the implementation of K3
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill, adaptive and Teamwork.
4. COMMERCIAL ENGINEER
- S1 in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent section.
- Proven experience in Renewable Energy/Developer/ IPP/ EPCC Companies or related industry minimum of 3+ years.
- Proven in create and managing commercial construction projects, preferably in a supervisory or project management role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and BOQ calculation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects costing simultaneously.
