1. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Descriptions:

• Receiving requests from department for new job availability.
• Creating job postings and Advertising job availability through online channels and other media.
• Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates.
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants.
• Organizing interviews.
• Negotiating offer.
• Guide new join for onboarding & orientation (ID Card, Contract, Cargo Orientation).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years proven experience in recruitment
• Fluent in English speaking & written
• Excellent interpersonal, attitude and communication skills.
• Negotiation and logic skills.
• A goal-orientated approach to work.
• Good ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Attention to Detail.
• Have a broad networking channel

2. RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions:

• Receiving requests from department for new job availability.
• Creating job postings and Advertising job availability through online channels and other media.
• End to end hiring process
• Collect and filling new employee data and files
• Responsible for report summary weekly & monthly to HR Manager & management

Requirements:

• Min. S1
• MUST have at least 2-3 years experience as Recruitment Lead / SPV
• Excellent interpersonal, attitude and communication skills.
• A goal-orientated approach to work.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and targets.
