1. SUPERVISOR SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM)
Responsibility:
- Ensure the availability of vendor or supplier data according to needs.
- Supervise the procurement and purchasing administration to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Oversee the delivery of materials or mobilization of goods according to user requests, ensuring timely and specification-compliant deliveries.
- Coordinate the procurement and purchase of material parts according to plans and targets (terms of delivery, payment, quality, price).
- Provide guidance and support to staff involved in procurement activities.
Qualification:
- Min. D3 with Engineering, Management, and relevant majors
- At least three years experience in the relevant field (having experience in mining industries would be an advantage)
- Proficient in operating a computer or laptop with advanced level in Ms. Office
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, administration management, product knowledge, and excellent teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team.

2. SPV. MINE CONTROL ROOM (MCR)
Responsibility:
- Maintaining accurate records and reports for Overburden (OB), Coal, Barging,
- Rehandling Coal, Productivity, Fuel, and Lost Time, detailing metrics periodically
- Oversee all the mine control room process and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Conduct Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Implementing improvements to control room processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Providing training, guidance and mentoring to control room employees.
Qualification:
- Min. S1, preferably from engineering major
- Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry, preferably in a control room area.
- Having POP certification will be preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in computer systems and mining software.

3. SPV. PDCA (JAKARTA)
Responsibility:
- Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities and monitor data to evaluate outcomes.
- Identify barriers and issues in PDCA implementation.
- Provide quality improvement programs and provide training, mentoring, and support to employees.
- Summarize and report KPIs for all on-site work units, ensuring periodic activity reviews and progress reports.
- Manage company procedures (SOPs, WIs, STDs, Forms) from storage and distribution to usage monitoring.
Qualification:
- Min. D3 in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
- Operations Management, Process Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process management or improvement-related
- Strong understanding of Balance Score Card, PDCA methodology, and tools like root cause analysis, gap analysis, and improvement planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications are an advantage.

4. SPV. PLANT & MAINTENANCE
Responsibility:
- Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance activities.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance.
- Review and evaluate onsite maintenance jobs.
- Evaluate and manage part backlog services.
- Analyze and plan maintenance budgets, control costs.
- Ensure resource availability for maintenance scheduling.
- Validate data and document daily work processes.
- Supervise staff and ensure workplace safety
Qualification:
- Min. S1, preferably from mechanical or electrical engineering major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry, preferably in plant department.
- Having POP & BMC certification will be preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

5. TRAINER MEDIUM TRUCK
Responsibility:
- Train medium truck operators in safe and efficient operation.
- Develop budgets and appropriate training programs.
- Ensure routine maintenance and technical inspections of medium trucks.
- Create training materials and operational guidelines based on training needs
- Report, monitor and provide constructive feedback on training performance
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- Min. high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a medium truck operator or 2 years as a medium truck trainer.
- Proficient in training medium truck operator skills with Hino 500, 700, etc.
- Holds a POP Certificate and Training for Trainer (TOT).
- Deep understanding of medium truck operations in mining environments, mining safety, effective training methods and risk assessment standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of mining safety standards and operational procedures.

6. FOREMAN SHE
Responsibility:
- Implement and review safety protocols according to HIRA, and JSA.
- Coordinate with partners on safety regulations, reporting, and improvements.
- Manage availability and adequacy of PPE, safety signs, and equipment.
- Oversee employee safety training and equipment commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with hazardous waste handling regulations.
Qualification:
- Min. D3 in any major with relevant SHE certifications
- Certified in POP, General K3 Expert, SMKP, Leadership Training
- Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in SHE-related software and tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

7. FOREMAN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee financial and accounting department activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit and other financial regulations.
- Handle tax reporting processes and prepare annual tax returns.
- Prepare and monitor company budgets and provide analysis of variances anddeviations.
- Conduct cost and profit analysis to support management decision-making
Qualification:
- Min. D3 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in finance and accounting, having
- experience in mining industries would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Financial analysis skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Having relevant certification (Brevet A/B, POP, etc) would be an advantage

8. PDCA ANALYST
Responsibility:
- Analyze current business processes to identify improvement potentials.
- Monitor and collect data to evaluate improvement outcomes.
- Implement quality improvement program awareness
- Provide training, mentoring, and support involved in the improvement process.
- Summarize and report KPIs for all work units on site.
- Manage company procedures (SOPs, IK, STDs, Forms) from storage, distribution, to document usage monitoring.
Qualification:
- Min. D3 in Engineering Major (Mining, Industrial,
- Mechanical Engineering, or related field) & Management Major
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in process management or improvementrelated field, having experience in mining industries would be an advantage.

9. FOREMAN PLANT
Responsibility:
- Supervising a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs, to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Qualification:
- Min. D3, preferably from engineering major
- Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or equivalent
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to provide direction and motivation.
- Having POP and BMC certification will be a huge advantage.

10. MECHANIC A2B
Responsibility:
- Arrange and divide tasks for helper mechanics to carry out periodic service work, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance.
- Perform periodic maintenance based on P2H from operators, including oil and grease replacement.
- Conduct preventive service maintenance (HM), including the replacement of parts/ materials, repair, cleaning, and inspection of service materials.
- Create a Hazard Report (HR) and take appropriate safety action on the unit in the event of a hazard in the field.
- Responsible for handling tools and ensuring tools are in place after use
Qualification:
- Min. SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment or distributor parts.
- Able to maintenance various heavy equipment units such as Hitachi, Sany, Sumitomo, Hyundai, Komatsu, LGMC, Caterpillar, Ling Gong, and Hino.
- Having certification in Basic Manual Course (BMC), Advance Course, and Product Knowledge is preferred.

11. WELDER
Responsibility:
- Carry out P2H welding equipment before using it for welding work.
- Ensure the operation of welding equipment from turning on, operating, to turning off welding equipment according to operating manual standards.
- Responsible for welding equipment utilization.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the work area by implementing the 5Rs of the work area.
- Create a Hazard Report and instruct supervisors if unsafe conditions or actions are found in the work area
Qualification:
- Min. high school education/equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three years experience in the relevant field, experience using SMAW/OAW.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Having a welder certification is preferred.

12. ADMIN PRODUCTION
Responsibility:
- Create comprehensive production various report according to the respective section
- Assist detailed actual unit reports on an hourly basis.
- Assist Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with all departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
Qualification:
- Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
- Minimum Diploma degree, preferably from engineering major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position preferably in Opex/Mine
- Control Room/Reporting section, fresh graduate with relevant experience are welcome
- Tech-savvy and fluent for using Ms. Office program

13. AUTO ELECTRICIAN
Responsibility:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical system issues in vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Install and replace electrical components.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule routine maintenance.
- Analyze electrical diagrams and manuals for troubleshooting.
Qualification:
- Vocational high school (SMK) in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Electrician in the mining industry.
- Understanding of vehicle electrical systems and related equipment.
- Proficient in using electrical testing tools.
- Certification in relevant training is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

14. TYREMAN
Responsibility:
- Install and dismantle tires according to standard procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain tire pressure and perform tire maintenance according to standards and specifications.
- Organize and maintain the stock of tires (new, used) correctly.
- Clean and maintain tools used in the tire fitting/dismantling process.
- Create tire usage reports.
- Fill out hazard reports and instruct supervisors on any safety hazards in the workplace
Qualification:
- Min. high school education/equivalent.
- Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the same position, fresh graduate with
- relevant experience are welcome
- Having tire maintenance training would be an advantage

15. OPERATOR DT
Melakukan pengoperasian unit Dump Truck dengan baik dan benar, memastikan P2H unit dilakukan, memastikan area kerja aman, dan memastikan target produksi yang diberikan tercapai.
- Min. SMA/SMK sederajat, diutamakan berdomisili Kalimantan Timur
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Operator Dump Truck atau setara
- Berpengalaman mengoprasikan Dump Truck tipe Hino 500 atau Hino 700.
