1. HUMAN CAPITAL STAFF
- Min. S1 in Psychology/ Management/Industrial Engineering
- Min. 1 year experience as Training & Development (Fresh Graduate with internship Experience are Welcome)
- Understand the process of training management, organizational development and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Have good analytical skills, compiling concepts and presentations
- Have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- High Integrity, Discipline, Fast Learner
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Placement: East Java
2. PURCHASING STAFF
- Min. S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related majors
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within automotive industry will be preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skill with fluency in English is a must, while mastery in Mandarin will be highly considered
- Have a good analytical skill, able to read and present data
- High level of integrity, discipline, and assertiveness
- Placement: Surabaya, East Java
3. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
- D3/ S1/ S2 in Industrial Engineering with min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Candidate with work experience as production supervisor will be favorable
- Have good analytical skills, able to read and present data
- High level of integrity, discipline, and assertiveness
- Willing to work extra hours (if needed)
- Placement: East Java
4. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
- D3/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering
- Min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00
- At least 1 (one) year of experience as Utility Supervisor
- Have a good understanding of plumbing & air pollution design, power distribution installation and 2D Drawing.
- Knowledgeable about Preventive Maintenance Utility & Machine (Boiler, Compressor and Electrical Installation)
