1. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field.
- Associate's degree.
- Have a certification one of forklift, mobile crane, loader.
- Motivated to learn and willing to work under pressure.
- Willing and able to work outside working hours.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform routine checks of forklifts, loaders, mobile cranes, diesel engines including checking oil, fluid levels, and tire pressure.
- Capable to preventive maintenance, repair, over houl, rotating, equipment, and static equipment, pump, blower, gear box, and valve, heat exchanger.
- Perform repairs, such as replacing engines or transmissions.
- Ensure that vehicles are safe to operate, by conducting tests and inspections.
- Maintain records on forklift maintenance and repairs.
2. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (PM AUTOMOTIVE)
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field.
- Associate's degree.
- Have experience with static equipment and rotating equipment.
- Motivated to learn.
- Work in teamwork.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Capable to preventive maintenance, repair, overhoul rotating equipment and static equipment, pump, blower, gear box, and valve heat exchanger.
- Understand types of shaft misalignment, conditions affecting alignment, measurements and measuring tools for realignment, and methods used for shaft alignment including reverse dial, laser, rim, and face.
3. INSTRUMENT JUNIOR ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Have 5 years working experience in related positions, preferably in petrochemicals company.
- Know the electrical and instrumentation very well.
- Can read P&ID.
- Can read Motor Control Center.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
- Understand DCS, PLC, and Trouble shooting.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure that instrumentation and control systems meet safety requirements and industry regulations.
- Can calibrate transmitter, control valve floor scale.
- Review and check instrument design drawings such as hook up drawings, loop drawings, instrument connection lists, instrument location plans, instrument wiring layouts, instrument block diagrams.
- Understand programming languages (automation scripts) and use statistical tools such as PLC, SCADA, etc.
