1. SITE MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project from start to finish;
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers;
- Close monitoring project planning and project execution;
- Responsible for achievement project result in terms of meet the client requirement and schedule on time;
- Adjust project plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving project requirements;
- Identifying and mitigating potential risk; and
- Responsible to submit project progress on report to client and management.
Qualifications
- D3/ S1 in construction management or mechanical engineering.
- Having experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry;
- Good administration;
- Able to operate AutoCAD or any related software; and
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Develop design criteria of mechanical equipment & piping;
- Capable to prepare ITP (Inspection Test Plan) in relation to mechanical Quality Control;
- Capable to provide methode statement in terms of mechanical products and solution project; and
- Prepare all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
- D3/ S1 of mechanical engineering;
- Have a good knowledge about mechanical material.
- Expert using measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tester, others tools support)
- Able to prepare technical reports
- Able to operate AutoCAD or any related software;
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
3. SAFETY OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitoring safety plan and implementation during project construction and execution;
- Ensure and supervise the implementation of HSE procedures to comply with company and government HSE regulations; and
- Create CSMS and HSE Plan documents.
Qualifications
- D3/ S1 of mechanical engineering or any relevant major;
- Have valid AK3U Certificate issued by KEMNAKER;
- Able to create, run and supervise the implementation of K3L programs in construction projects; and
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
4. QC ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Supervision and control for quality of construction job for all project;
- Ensure workers are capable and understand every job in the field by carrying out QC report analysis;
- Monitoring and evaluating quality performance of product implementation during construction project; and
- Responsible for Quality Control in the scope of works.
Qualifications
- D3/ S1 of mechanical engineering or any relevant major;
- Familiar dengan Program Aplikasi 2D dan 3D Autocad;
- Has been certified in AK3U certificate is preferred; and
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
