PT Jakmall Digital Niaga is hiring:

1. BRAND MARKETING STRATEGIST

  • S1 in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of professional experience in brand marketing strategy, preferably with experience in multi-channel campaign development and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok shop).
  • Proven experience in handling social media accounts, specifically adept at content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising principles (knowledge of SEO & SEM a plus) to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in operating marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop).
  • Proven experience in offline branding activities is a plus.
  • Knowledge or proven experience in negotiating and managing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) is a plus.
  • Experience in live streaming platform management and execution (Shopee Live, TikTok Live) is a plus.

2. BRAND ACTIVATION

  • S1 in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand activation, event management, brand activation or related fields.
  • Experience in creating and executing brand activation campaigns, including events, promotions, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Willing to work outside of office hours (if needed)

3. MARKETING EXECUTIVE

  • Min. S1 in any major, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Having experience in the related field is an added value
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related digital marketing role and Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices
  • Creativity in developing engaging partnership campaigns
  • Possess integrity, consistency, and high fighting spirit
  • Have good public speaking and negotiation skills

4. VIDEOGRAPHER & VIDEO EDITOR

  • Min. S1 from any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in videography.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience operating lighting equipment and composition.
  • Ability to appear on camera (a plus).
  • Experience setting up for live streaming.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to convey innovative and creative ideas.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

5. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

  • Min. S1.
  • At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
  • Proficient in data processing and effective presentation using Google Doc Editor or MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.    

6. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • Proven experience (min. 2 years) as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

7. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

  • S1 in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's digital ecosystem and e-commerce landscape
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Experience in both online and offline retail channels (a plus)

9. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (PARTNERSHIP)

  • Min. S1 in any major, Fresh Graduate are open to apply 
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales are or business development, 
  • Have good knowledge in the digital ecosystem and e-commerce industry.
  • Good communication skills and fast learner.
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work individually or in a team.
  • Able to work with targets.
  • Having previous online/offline retail business experience is a plus.

10. MERCHANDISER

  • Min. S1 in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related major.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having a network of suppliers and basic knowledge in stock management will be preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a merchandiser or data analyst.
  • Solid expertise in Business Administration and product management with strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Possess sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Able to lead a team.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

11. SENIOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT STAFF

  • Min. S1 in any field, with a preference for Business and Management disciplines.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Possess problem-solving skills with a concept of continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in data processing and effective presentation using Google Doc Editor or MS Office.
  • Have experience in creating well-organized work documents that adhere to standards.

12. BACKEND ENGINEER (REMOTE)

  • S1 in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Backend Developer, Software Engineer, or equivalent.
  • Experienced with PHP-Laravel/Golang and Symfony components.
  • Proficient with Git.
  • Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming and various design patterns.
  • Knowledge in these aspects is a plus: Docker, VueJS, Unit or integration test writing, Storage solutions such as mongodb/ elasticsearch/ redis.

13. PRODUCT MANAGER

  • S1 in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

  • Proficiency in developing mobile apps and website products is desirable.

14. QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • S1 in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Quality Assurance in mobile and web applications.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

15. PRODUCT DESIGNER

  • S1 in design, interaction design, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing optimal solution for existing problem. Candidate without portfolios will be skipped.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or other design tools).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces and experiences.
  • Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and apply insights to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent visual and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experience with designing web and mobile platform (Android and iOS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and user testing methodologies is a plus.
