Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but experienced in related field will be beneficial.
- Good command in English.
- Good command in computer literate.
- Have strong negotiation skill, preferably passed PKPA.
Responsibility:
- Drafting & review legal document (i.e. Legal Opinion, Power of Attorney, Statement Letter, etc.) and handling Dispute Settlement
- Manage & arrange the corporate licenses (i.e. Import & Export, environment, land & building, etc.).
- Monitor Government regulation/policies.
- Internal meeting arrangement (i.e. BoD Meeting, BoC Meeting, AGMS).
- Maintain good communication with external stakeholders (i.e. Government, Association, Notary).
2. SALES PROCESSING & ADMINISTRATION
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Good command in English
- Good command in computer literate
Responsibility:
- Performed sales order and billing process of vehicle for Wholesales
- Performed document checking and support the issuance of document for fee for conversion of vehicle ownership
- Performed and monitoring any payment process to Dealer and Vendor
- Perform data analysis and visualize periodical report
- Maintain good communication with Dealer and Vendor
3. PROCUREMENT & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Requirement:
- Contract based (1 year)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, but experienced in related field will be beneficial
- Good command in English
- Good command in computer literate
Responsibility:
- Maintain raw material index movement & report
- Manage technical information for procurement purpose (drawing, SPEC & STD)
- Manage administrative process (monthly report, SAP system, supplier data management, document control)
- Maintain communication with suppliers
