PT Mustika Ratu Tbk adalah sebuah produsen kosmetik dan jamu terkemuka asal Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, perusahaan ini memiliki pabrik di Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
Perusahaan ini memulai sejarahnya pada tahun 1975 saat Mooryati Soedibyo membuka usaha kosmetik dan jamu di garasi rumahnya. Pada tanggal 14 Maret 1978, perusahaan ini resmi didirikan. Pada tanggal 8 April 1981, perusahaan ini mulai mengoperasikan pabrik di Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
Pada tahun 1995, perusahaan ini resmi melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada tahun 1996, perusahaan ini berhasil mendapat sertifikasi ISO 14001 dan ISO 9002. Pada tahun 2000, perusahaan ini memperluas distribusi produk dan waralaba spanya hingga ke negara-negara di Asia Tenggara dan Timur Tengah.
Pada tahun 2018, perusahaan ini kembali memperluas distribusi produknya hingga ke Kanada, Amerika Serikat, Tiongkok, Irak, Selandia Baru, dan Bulgaria. Pada tahun 2021, perusahaan ini membagi bisnisnya ke dalam dua divisi, yakni Kecantikan & Perawatan Tubuh dan Jamu & Perawatan Kesehatan. Pada bulan Mei 2022, perusahaan ini menunjuk Mawar de Jongh sebagai duta merek untuk jajaran produk Brightening Bengkoang Series.[sumber]

- S1 in Information Technology/ Business/ Management/ Finance/ related field
- Minimum 2-5 years work experience in the field of business analysis/related fields

3. SOCIAL MEDIA & PARTNERSHIP
- Min. S1 in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media or related field especially in beauty industry
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skill in Bahasa & English
- Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms & experience with social media tools
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Has strong passion in beauty

4. GRAPHIC DESIGNER & VIDEO EDITOR
- Min. Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant experience especially in Beauty
- Proficient in Video Editing Software, Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Photoshop)
- Creative, strong technical knowledge in camera, lighting and editing
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

5. COMMUNITY & KOL
- Min. S1 or equivalent in marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a KOL Relation / KOL Specialist
- Stay updated with video content trends on social media / e-commerce marketplace
- Have extensive connections with KOLs / Influencers
- Creative, and communicative, and able to work with the target number of KOLs who work with the company

6. BRAND EXECUTIVE (HEALTH & WELLNESS)
- Min. S1 or equivalent in Marketing/ Business Administration or related field
- Having at least 1 year of work experience as a brand or marketing executive (experience in handling FMCG health & wellness brand will be preferable)
- Strong business acumen and result oriented
- Highly passionate and deep knowledge in beauty
- Fast, Agile, Creativity & Initiative Driving is a must

7. DIGITAL MARKETING JR. MANAGER
- Min. S1 or equivalent in marketing or related field

- Strong strategic digital marketing and planning, content creation and brand storytelling
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Solid understanding of data analytics and performance measurement, technical proficiency and digital tools
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date on the latest trends (beauty, health/wellness) and technologies in digital marketing
