1. BRAND MANAGER
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve business objective
- Develop and maintain brand image through research and promotion activity
- Monitor branding activity and competitor performance
- Responsible for NPL and risk management
- Develop suitable pricing strategy
- Monitor and control brand's financial performance, COGS, etc.
- Collaborates with external party such as advertising agency, media, to implement marketing strategy
- Monitor, control and evaluate team performance
Requirement:
- Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar position, having experience in handle market leader brand will be preferred
- OTC or FMCG background are welcome, having OTC background will be preferred
- Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to collaborate effectively across department
- Willing to work in North Jakarta
2. SALES TRAINER
Job Responsibility :
- Work closely with field sales leader to define branch performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
- Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
- Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
- Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area
- Counsel with sales leaders and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.
- Provide training to channel partner and external stake holder on product knowledge
Requirement :
- Min. S1
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing with training/public speaking background
- Have excellent understanding in Consumer Goods / OTC commercial (Sales & Marketing) business process
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good leadership with ability to motivate a team

3. TAX STAFF
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible the company's tax operations
- Ensuring that every tax calculation and payment is in accordance with tax regulations.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns and comprehensive financial statements.
- Relating to internal and external parties regarding finance, accounting, and taxation
Requirement :
- Min. S1 in Tax
- Have Brevet A and B Certifications.
- Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to finance and tax)
- Have attention to details, thorough and neat
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills to various parties
- Have a strong understanding of accounting and finance as well as taxation is required
- Willing to work in North Jakarta
4. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Job Responsibility :
- Conduct preformulating studies for new product development (literature search, journals, internet).
- Develop simple research designs (including formula designs).
- Conduct lab-scale, pilot-scale, and production support trials for tablets, capsules, liquids, and semi-solids.
- Create research protocols and reports.
- Conduct taste panels for developed products.
Requirement :
- Min. S1 Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field..
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, preferred in gummy
- Basic knowledge of formulation and literature search for formulation.
- Ability to conduct physical evaluation of dosage forms.
- Ability to operate lab-scale trial machines.
- Independent, fast learner, and adaptable.

5. COST ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Responsibility :
- Doing closing costing at Oracle
- Make reports related to COGM every month
- Perform analysis related to expense and
- Make SOPs related to company operations
- Exchanging invoices and checking documents related to company transactions
- Checking and validating RFP (Request For Payment)
- Data reconciliation
Requirement :
- Min. S1 in Accounting
- Having experience min 1 year in the field of finance accounting
- Able to Reconciliation & data analysis, Reading & analyzing financial statements and Taxation
- Have Brevet Certification is preferable

6. HSE STAFF
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct inspections, monitoring, and socialization related to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health)
- Conducting necessary OSH training
- Investigating work accidents
- Assist in the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste (B3)
Requirement:
- Min. S1 Public Health, Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience and Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Familiarity with OSH standards such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001 (Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems), ISO 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and PROPER (Performance Rating Program for

7. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility :
- Controlling, maintaining, repairing and ensuring all production machines are running well
- Perform production machine maintenance according to a predetermined schedule.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Receive and execute work orders for repair or maintenance of production machinery.
- Coordinate with contractors related to technical maintenance and repair of machines in the field.

- Min. D3 in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.

8. ANALYST R&D
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct trial processes in R&D at the lab, pilot, and commercial scale.
- Prepare documents according to protocols and quality standards.
- Implementation trials in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations to achieve productivity, quality, and quantity of product development as specified
Requirement:
- Min. Senior High School (SMK) majoring in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy
- Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D or Production
- Understanding the basic principles of pharmaceutical formulation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Understanding In-Process Control (IPC) and production machine operation
