1. BRAND MANAGER
REQUIREMENT:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in similar position, having experience in handle market leader brand will be preferred
- OTC or FMCG background are welcome, having OTC background will be preferred
- Excellence skills in communication, presentation, strategic and analytical thinking

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop and implement marketing strategy to achieve business objective
- Develop and maintain brand image through research and promotion activity
- Monitor branding activity and competitor performance
- Responsible for NPL and risk management
- Develop suitable pricing strategy
- Monitor and control brand's financial performance, COGS, etc.
- Collaborates with external party such as advertising agency, media, to implement marketing strategy

2. SALES TRAINER
REQUIREMENT:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing with training/public speaking background

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Work closely with field sales leader to define branch performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
- Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
- Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
- Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area
- Counsel with sales leaders and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.

3. TAX STAFF
REQUIREMENT:

REQUIREMENT:
- Min. S1 in Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) and Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 2 year of experience and in the field of pharmaceutical / similar industry production.
- Understand with OSH standards such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001 (Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems), ISO 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and PROPER (Performance Rating Program for Environmental Management in Industry).
- Have AK3U (Basic Safety Training for Workers) certificate is a plus point.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure the effectiveness of HIRA (Hazard Identification & Impact Assessment) implementation by developing HIRA & AIIA methods and facilitating users to identify HIRA & AIIA.
- Ensure OHS & Environmental Systems and provisions are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and other requirements.
- Ensure patrol reports are available on schedule, by creating patrol schedules, organizing patrol activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of monthly patrols.
- Create safety related procedures, provide OHS and environment training, and fulfil OHS and environment related documents.
- Coordinate with all departments and procure and control safety equipment.
- Coordinate with government and private institutions related to the tasks performed and implement best practices at PT Saka Farma Laboratories (Improvement and 5R).

REQUIREMENT:

- Able to reconciliation & data analysis, reading & analyzing financial statements and taxation
