1. PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Requirements:
  • S1 in Electrical, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 year as supply chain engineer in a similar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Working experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office)
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain analytics and KPI measurement
  • Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
  • Good communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Placement: Jakarta Selatan
Job description:
  • Create the company's supply chain strategy
  • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
  • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
  • Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply
  • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

2. HSE MANAGER

Requirements:
  • Electrical Engineering / (Environmental/Health/Safety) or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience
  • Have a AK3U/Listrik certificate
  • Have a ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 certificate
  • Have Work at Height Certificate
  • Able for traveling and working at site
  • Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
  • Placement: Jakarta Selatan
Job description:
  • Ensure that the HSE/ OHS management system is established implemented and maintained according to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • Ensure increased awareness and knowledge of all employees and partners regarding HSE/K3 
  • Report the performance of the HSE/ K3 management system to the Board of Directors for review and use as a basis for continuous improvement
  • Communicate the HSE/K3 management system effectively within the company and external parties

3. O&M COORDINATOR

Requirements:
  • Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Have working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
  • Good analytical skill, skillful and adaptive.
  • Good communication in English
  • Familiar with PVSyst, Helioscope, Homer and O&M activities

Job description:
  • Leading technicians and O&M teams in Operations and Maintenance activity for Solar PV Power Plant on site
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly O&M activity, including creating expense report, operational budgeting, and scheduling
  • Build and maintain strategic relationship with related stakeholder (including: attending meeting, hold presentation, and day-to-day communication)
  • Review and evaluate system commissioning documentation for newly-completed projects
  • Manage the O&M contracts, making sure all O&M obligations are fulfilled 
  • Ensure the maximum performance of the PV Plants and a PV Plant downtime
  • Work proactively with the Engineer Team to provide revamping solutions for the PV Plants

4. SUBSTATION ENGINEER

Requirements:
  • S1 in Electrical Power with min experience 2 years
  • Experience in the design of electrical power distribution systems.
  • Proficient in the design, modelling, development, and construction of Medium Voltage (MV) and High Voltage (HV) systems
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD Electrical. ETAP, and DIgSILENT with extensive experience
  • Thorough understanding of fundamental concepts in power systems, ciscuit design, and protective relaying applications
  • Analysis of design reviews, shop drawings, and technical specifications related to tenders.
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English

Job description:
  • Design and develop Medium Voltage & High Voltage switchgear projects.
  • Detail designs considering manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques based on required standards.
  • Prepare internal/external testing schedules and, where necessary, supervise internal/external testing as required.
  • Assist with the design engineering aspects of test unit builds and preproduction builds for new product development.
  • Provide maintenance details of all test results relating to relevant projects.
  • Ensure design documentation and design project files are kept up to date.
  • Ensure the finished product has a full BOM in line with switchgear requirements.
  • Review and provide feedback on all switchgear components and installation drawings.
  • Provide technical support for other divisions on projects.

5. TAX EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
  • S1 in Accounting/ Tax from a reputable university. Minimum 3 years of experience in Taxation.
  • Expertise in Tax Application, litigation, and updated Tax Regulations. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Fast learner with strong willingness and excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail is crucial.
  • Expertise in Transfer Pricing Documentation.
  • Proficient in facility application processes.

Job description:
  • Prepare tax payments.
  • Generate Monthly Tax Reports and Annual Tax Reports.
  • Perform tax verification on daily transactions.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between Tax and Accounting Records.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks associated with daily transactions.
  • Handle all taxation matters (WHT, VAT & CIT).
  • Prepare Monthly Equalization for all taxations.
  • Generate Tax Invoices.
  • Manage Company Group taxation.
  • Report Transfer Pricing documents.
  • Process facility applications.

6. HR SPECIALIST

Requirements:
  • S1 Psychology /Management Human Resource major with minimum GPA 3.00 
  • Have 2 - 3 years of experience as People Development / Organization Development / Talent Development 
  • Deep understanding about Job Description, SOP / Work Instruction, Performance Appraisal, Work Load Analysis
  • Strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Self-starter, motivated, detailed/results oriented & innovative.
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
