REQUIREMENTS
- S1/ S2 in Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong emphasis on legal and compliance matters, preferably within the mining/logistic industry.
- Manage corporate governance in order to protect stakeholders interests, enhance shareholder's value, risk management and enhance company's reputation and brand value.
- Manage litigation effectively and represent our company regarding to risk assessment, preventive measures, collaborate with others.
- Responsible for legal compliance, ensure the company's policies and practices is up dated, development and manage legal policies, procedures and documents.
- Responsible to do documentation and record accurately and completely in legal proceeding requirement.
- Obey to company's policies and stakeholders instructions related to the role and responsibilities.
