HRD STAFF
- S1 in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles with 1-2 years of experiences
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer operation, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English communication skills

Job Description:
- Maintenance and manage employee database in system
- Manage employee attendance records
- Management of employee rewards and benefits (health insurance, marriage and birthday allowances, annual leaves, etc
- Handling employee transfer, promotions, demotions, structural changes, correspondence, and document filing
- Registration, calculation, and processing of employee BPJS claims
- Organizing training sessions
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment
