JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare financial statements for banks
- Prepare the data requested/needed by the bank in the credit application process
- Collaborate with consultants in the preparation of asset appraisal reports, feasibility study reports and project supervision reports
- Leasing Submission for Capex (vehicles, machines & machinery)
- Prepare disbursement documents and monitor disbursement
- Correspondence to banks for credit applications, disbursements, interest reductions etc.
- Prepare a forecast for installment and interest payments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S1 majoring in Economics Accounting and equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the same position and palm oil industry
- Understand the field of banking relations, funding, finance
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel, SAP, and make financial projections

2. TREASURY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute Daily Forex Transactions
- Prepare Market Update
- Update FX rate in the SAP system
- Input Forex Transactions in the SAP system
- Reconcile daily and Monthly Mark to Market
- Prepare underlying and supporting document for settling FX transactions
- Monitoring FX facilities with the Bank
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0
- Fresh Graduate or have minimum 3 years experience in this position
- Good communication Skill
- Detailed person
- Have basic knowledge of forex transactions

3. COST CONTROL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze financial statements
- Coordinate with GL Accounting/Finance/Operations to monitor costs
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for management reports and external audits
- Prepare budgets, presentation materials for financial statements, and monthly reporting
- Understanding risk management
- Conducting feasibility studies for Downstream/Investment projects
- Helping to make improvements to business processes and financial reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- S1 Accounting/Economics/Similar
- Have 2 - 5 years of experience in the field of cost control/ cost accounting/internal control/ auditing/ management reporting
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Power BI preferred)

4. ACCOUNTING
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Making billing
- Perform collection
- Input all transactions based on existing invoices
- Manage all Accounting administration functions, including sales order entry, invoicing.
- Maintaining Accounting and Finance filing.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

5. FINANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work on financial operational transactions for debt payment planning to suppliers/vendors
- Make checks and submit signatures to your boss
- Coordinate with other team members in terms of entering transactions into the system regarding payments and receiving incoming money into the company
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the refinery industry and a minimum of 3 years in the same position is preferred
- Able to use SAP systems
- Familiar with and understanding of operational finance
- Able to work under pressure and targets

6. AR SECTION HEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Record and Input all incoming and outgoing transactions
- Input incoming transaction and billing system
- Implementing a billing system
- Record all customer receivable data based on invoices

- Minimum S1 Accounting / Management
- Have minimum 5 years experience in the same field
- Have experience in industry agriculture / palm oil / manufacturing

7. GL SECTION HEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checking transactions, managing, creating and analyzing financial reports
- Monitoring all Accounting administration functions, including sales order entry, invoicing.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Monitoring and Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

- Monitoring and verification of all downstream costing
- Monitoring and verification of COGM reports for all downstream
- Assist department heads in managing the inventory department
